Roman-Style Focaccia

Roman-style focaccia is a thin, golden flatbread with a crisp exterior and a light, airy crumb, baked generously with extra-virgin olive oil. Less pillowy than Ligurian focaccia, it’s lightly crisp, delicately salted, and often finished with simple Italian accompaniments.
